Bios won't recognise 3 fans individually. It only recognises 1 fan per header, the fan that has the speed sensor. With a hub or splitter only 1 fan is the master fan, the rest are not, they follow what the header gives them. So if all 3 fans are splitter/hub, then you'll only see whichever is connected, but all 3 respond to the same directive. I have read some of the other posts and thought I would just ask again anyway, each case seems to be slightly different than mine. But there was also a 4 pronged connector that I plugged into the motherboard, and that seems to get the rgb working on it, but it's not spinning. 3pin is for the fan motor (plugged into any 3pin or 4pin fan header on your motherboard), 4pin is for the RGB (plugged into motherboard RGB header). You need to plug both of them. The fan is controlled by load or temp. If one is higher than the other, the fan turns on. We know load is low. We know the fan controller is working because the fan doesn't start until 5-6 minutes after you turn it on. So something is either getting too hot or there's some weird +3.3V or +5V load we don't know about. The gfx card is only 29 Watts max so to reach 62C, either it is in a lot of use that you arent aware of, or your case airflow isnt enough for your hardware. Or both. Or the gfx card has a fault, check its fan is running. Install MSI Afterburner and monitor the GPU use graph to see if the gfx card is busy. If you turn down a 120mm Noctua NF-P12 so that it moves the same amount of air as one of those Tri-Cools (47 CFM) it only produces 16.9 dBA, much quieter than the 140mm fan doing the same job.
